Crime Victim Assistance (CVAP) Counselling Online & In-person
This is a government-funded program that provides financial assistance to individuals seeking counselling following traumatic events. If you have been a victim, immediate family member, or witness of abuse or crime offences in British Columbia, you might be eligible to receive counselling support covered by this program.
Walk & Talk Counselling
Walk & talk therapy is sometimes viewed as a mindfulness technique or outdoor therapy. It can facilitate positive improvements in many mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and stress.
