Monthly Counselling Intensives

Monthly Counselling Intensive are 90-minute sessions designed for clients who prefer more space between meetings while still engaging in deep, focused work. Sessions are offered exclusively on Wednesday mornings from 8:30 AM–10:00 AM. Please contact to book.


Crime Victim Assistance (CVAP) Counselling Online & In-person

In this government-funded program that provides financial assistance to individuals seeking counselling following traumatic events, I offer deep, focused therapy, meeting with clients weekly or bi-weekly in a safe and confidential space. You might be eligible for this program if you have been a victim, immediate family member, or witness of abuse or crime offences in British Columbia.


Walk & Talk Counselling

Walk & talk weekly or bi-weekly therapy is outdoor therapy that can facilitate positive improvements in many mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and stress.


Needs-Based Pricing Counselling Online & In-Person

This needs-based option is for clients personally and economically impacted by systemic harm. Sessions are available by application—please contact me to see if this is a good fit.

I am trained as both a clinical counsellor (RCC #22386) and a yoga therapist. My approach combines existentialist, humanistic and narrative, theories and techniques in addition to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with a focus on empowering my clients to live more connected and embodied lives. I am a registered therapist with the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) and offer CVAP funded counselling and have over a decade of experience bringing a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach to my work with survivors of trauma including supporting those recovering from sexual assault, providing culturally competent services for first responders and public safety personnel, and walking alongside those impacted by systemic violence and oppression.
